Fraud Warning: Acai Burn Does NOT Cure the Swine Flu!

Some Acai Berry product marketers are so slimy that you just want to celebrate when they get caught…

Party at my house!

The USFDA (Food and Drug Administration in the USA) has published a “Fraudulent H1N1 (Swine flu) Influenza Products List” and one of the acai industry’s worst representatives popped up to the top of the list!

Acai Burn is an affiliate product (if there is indeed any product to it at all) that is a well known scam. It was already one of the biggest sources of harm to the reputation of the acai berry, and now they had to go and take it one step further… Yes, some marketer actually claimed that Acai Burn is a cure for the swine flu!

There were already many concerns before last week with how the ‘Acai Burn’ Acai product was marketed. The FDA justĀ  published their official report (linked below) last week though, and already the website in question has been taken down. Yes!

I just love the domain name of those evil bastards: “FluPreventionKits.com” -Don’t bother going there though, the site has been removed with the words” “be back soon” the only thing left.

I may be a bit biased, but I’d like to see those ultra snake-oil salesmen get the chair! At least the FDA did scare them enough to get the site pulled, but I guess it’s a sad commentary on the supplements industry in the first place that this could be pulled off at all.

Shame on Acai Burn for allowing it to happen (as if they didn’t hope it would) and shame on anyone who stupidly bought Acai Burn from that evil site too, giving its’ owners the incentive to try this kind of stunt.

I hope this doesn’t sound confusing to some people, but I personally believe keeping your blood packed with a full dosage of real Acai berry at all times is the best possible thing you can do to keep germs and viruses like H1N1 at bay.

Well, 2nd best, after washing your hands a lot. I personally wash my hands in the neighborhood of 30 times a day, and between that and all the Acai I eat I’ve only had one very short, minor cold in the last few years.

I remember the day I caught it like a scene from a horror movie; I was walking towards a public bathroom in my local noodle’s restaurant, and this 12-year-old kid comes out of it at the last second and sneezes right at me, almost like he meant to. I just wasn’t fast enough to dodge it and could actually feel the wind of that sneeze hit my face… Sure enough, the next morning I felt a pain in my tonsils and went rushing to whole foods to stock up on acai pulp packets.

Within 2 days the cold was totally gone, and I never needed bedrest for it. Gargling listerine helps a lot too, I’m sure.

So if you’re afraid of the Swine flu and legitimately want to boost your immune system this fall, I highly suggest a large rio bowl each morning, gargling with listerine twice daily, perhaps an acai drink or smoothie in the afternoon, and most importantly, wash your hands fanatically, all flu season long.

You can skip the Acai Burn, unless you enjoy credit card fraud.

Ha…thats funny…I can’t believe people are so naive to think that acai berry is a cure for the swine flu.
I agree because of the antioxidants in it, it may help in not getting the flu but as cure, cmon.
