breakfast-1/2 a Cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese, i took the dough out of the middle

lunch-coffee, with milk,sugar and Vanilla powder

dinner-chicken cutlet and meat sauce

am i going to gain weight? how many calories did i eat

Answer: No you didn't.
Breakfast was not enough calories. Eat a whole bagel or have some toast as well.
Coffee for lunch?! Where is the fruit, protein, carbs in that? All you had was liquid and sugar apart from the milk.
Dinner again no veg. Where are the 5 portions of fruit and veg?
Your calorie intake was high but your nutritional intake was lousy. Food like this will lead to you being malnourished but overweight.

Question: Loose Skin and building Muscle.?

I have just lost approximately 20 pounds. I have loose skin around my lower belly and chest. I am a male. How do I get rid of it?? I also have some on my biceps and triceps when I flex…..

P.S. My chest is in okay/decent shape. It is just some loose skin and puffy nipples giving the appearance of moobs. What exercises besides push ups will fix this in 2 months!?

i lost weight quickly because of the acai in XXX vitamin water. THis all happened in just about 1-2 months. HELP!!

Answer: For the chest, do dumbell flyes and dumbell bench press. For triceps, do close grip barbell bench press, tricep pushdowns, and diamond pushups. Answer: You do need to change your password you also need to inform the proper authorities whoever they may be. Also notify Yahoo and your service provider. good luck. Oh yeah one more thing stay away from sites that ask for you info. The more info you release on the web the more likely you are to get scammed. You may also want to hire someone or ask a friend who knows what they are doing to see if you have a piggy back on your PC ( that is a program virus that lets people or person see everything you type and and more. One more thing if you use the same password on everything it makes it easier for people to target you.
